Frank Dane brings decades of executive leadership, financial strategy, legal experience, and hands-on business advisory work to Value Path Advisors.
Frank began his career with Price Waterhouse (now PwC), where he spent more than a decade advising organizations ranging from startups to publicly traded companies. He later served in executive roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer, overseeing finance, accounting, legal affairs, SEC compliance, human resources, investor relations, and business operations.
Throughout his career, Frank has helped businesses raise capital, navigate mergers and acquisitions, restructure operations, strengthen financial systems, manage growth, and prepare for what comes next. His experience across industries gives him the ability to look beyond the numbers and understand how each part of a business contributes to its overall value.
Today, he brings that perspective to business owners through Value Path Advisors—combining strategic thinking with practical, hands-on guidance to help owners build stronger businesses they can sell or keep. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at York County Community College (YCCC), where he shares his real-world business experience with the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs.

Frank and his wife, Margi, have been married for more than 50 years and have an adult daughter practicing medicine in Portland, Maine. Frank has also spent years giving his time and financial expertise to community and nonprofit organizations.
Today, he enjoys working directly with business owners, understanding what they've built and where they want to go next.
